Repeatedly photo finishes are becoming the norm at Burwain , as standards improve across the fleet.
Hugo Chandor (GBR 455) was frequently allowed to romp away from the start and gained sufficient advantage to win every race he started. For the rest of the fleet, however, the results were as topsy turvy as they could be, with every skipper scoring at least one second place finish and at least two top three finishes. (Every skipper, that is, except Sarah Norton who began with rudder issues - the boat, of course - and never really recovered).
A mention in dispatches must go to Darius Fard (GBR 926) who at last broke the through the seemingly impenetrable wall that has existed above him in the rankings for months. Both Richard Whittle (GBR 801) and Graham Waugh (GBR 10018) were soundly beaten this time. Fard took 2nd spot, with Whittle taking 3rd and Waugh dropping to 5th.
