Another unseasonal day

July 27, 2020

Another unseasonal stormy, rainy, gusty day for today's handicap racing.Charlie spent the week tuning, tweaking and re-powering his gear and wisely chose a 'C' sail for the first race against everyone else's 'B' sails and it paid off with a well deserved win.He also won race 9 so has had a much improved day. After the first race everyone else followed suit with 'C' sails.

Fred struggled with the 'C' sail and went down to 'D' which improved his performances giving him a win in the 10th race and a 3rd and 2nd in the 8th and 4th.

Peter also had a good day achieving third place behind Graham with Richard taking the win.

The challenging weather made for good racing and any collisions were promptly dealt with by perpetrators 'doing their turns' with good grace it being a Sunday.
